These are the cutest bloomers! They are actually a soft thicker cotton flannel, more like pajama bloomers! No tags, elastic waist, measures 11” unstretched and up to 18” stretched. Note: these are not vintage, they are handmade and I purchased them from an independent maker (whose name I cant remember unfortunately).
