Such an incredibly rare and special pair of 1960’s/1970’s corduroy work pants with the most beautiful original wool and tweed patches. These pants are gorgeous!! Inside tags read Big Mac Penn Prest with another reading University of Illinois, State of Illinois, Krannert Center (which is the school of performing arts at the University of Illinois, so perhaps these were in a play? SO cool!!). Pants measure 20” across waist with a 28” inseam and tons off cuffed fabric to be let out of you want them longer. Overall wear and distressing consistent with age….these pants are well over 50 years old!! The patches are what does it for me…they’re thick wool and tweed patched that I’ve had professionally reinforced. A very rare and special piece of vintage workwear. These pants are big and I use a hiking bootlace as a tie to cinch them in the front (see pic)…I’ll include one with the pants :)
