This little jacket is incredible!! Research tells me it’s most likely an antique military uniform jacket…more specifically the gold buttons are stamped Waterbury Co Inc. Conn on the back and are quite valuable on their own (a collector might even want this for the buttons alone!). Jacket is 100% wool, fully lined with french ticking, fringe at shoulders, cropped length, and the coolest seed bead fringe adornment at the back. Absolutely love this beauty…she’s a very special and a rare find. Also looks to be the inspiration behind some contemporary designer versions. Measures 20” pit to pit, 18” shoulder to shoulder, 21” base of collar to back (slightly longer in the front).
