Vintage quilted military over pants. These are on the shorter side and as with all of this style pant, there’s no real closure other than a button at the top (so the fly is open). You can either wear something longer over them (like I do) or have a tailor put a zipper in. Or buttons. Your call. Measures 21” across waist with a 21" inseam, tagged a size medium.
