Vintage quilted military over pants. These are on the shorter side and as with all of this style pant, there’s no real closure other than a button at the top (so the fly is open). You can either wear something longer over them (like I do) or have a tailor put a zipper in. Or buttons. Your call. Measures 20” across waist (adjustable with buttons and you could add another) with a 32” outseam and 22” inseam.
